AllReviews earns revenue through affiliate commissions. Our editorial team operates independently of our business relationships. Specifically:
- ✓Commission rates never influence product scores or rankings.
- ✓We review products whether or not we have an affiliate relationship with the retailer.
- ✓Brands and retailers have no editorial input or pre-publication review of our content.
- ✓We do not accept payment for favorable reviews or placement.
Sourcing Standards
Every factual claim in our reviews is sourced from expert publications. We:
- Cite the expert sources used for each review in a dedicated sources section
- Only reference publications with established editorial standards and testing methodology
- Cross-reference claims across multiple sources before including them
- Distinguish between expert-tested facts and our editorial analysis
AI Transparency
Our editorial reviews are written by AI editorial personas — Ethan Mercer (Editor-in-Chief) and Clara Mercer (Home & Lifestyle Editor). Each persona is crafted with a distinct perspective and review philosophy to bring consistent, opinionated editorial voices to our content.
The personas guide tone and perspective. The facts come from real expert sources — publications like Tom's Guide, CNET, The Verge, and dozens more. Every factual claim traces back to expert testing and hands-on reviews.
We believe in being upfront about how our content is made. If you ever feel something reads wrong or inaccurate, please report it.
Corrections Policy
When we get something wrong, we fix it promptly and transparently:
- Factual errors are corrected as soon as identified
- All corrections are logged in each review's update history
- Significant corrections include an explanation of what changed and why
- We do not silently edit reviews to change opinions retroactively
Review Updates
Products change over time — prices drop, firmware updates ship, new competitors launch. We revisit reviews on a rolling cycle and update scores, pros, cons, and alternatives as the landscape evolves. Every review displays its last-updated date and a full change log.
